Since we want you to be 100% satisfied with EVERYTHING that you order from Poochy And Zoey, we guarantee a refund (minus initial delivery or shipping charges) for all unused merchandise returned to us within 14 days from the date of your order that does not meet your satisfaction.
Please consider donating your items to a shelter or humane society in your area before returning.

Please be sure to include a copy of your order so credit can properly applied and a reason for the return.
Items must be received in the same condition we sent it, with original tags and/or packaging.
We will not issue a refund if the product has been returned to us damaged or has been used, or chewed in any way. The item must be in its “new” condition.
If you return an item after 14 days, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. We do ask that if it has been more than 14 days, to please consider donating your item rather than returning it.
All sale items, personalized or custom items, beds, toys and carriers are final sales and an exchange will not be permitted. If these items are returned to us, we will donate them to the local humane society in your name and send a receipt for your tax records. This only applies to items that are not returned “new” or cannot be resold.
A NOTE ON “INDESTRUCTIBLE” PET TOYS: Poochy And Zoey searches high and low to provide our customers with high quality pet products. However, no item is considered “indestructible” and owners are encouraged to supervise their pets to increase the longevity of the chew toy. Items that are destroyed by way of chewing are the responsibility of the owner. Poochy And Zoey does not replace chewed pet toys. We encourage you to contact us with your concerns and we will voice our opinion with the manufacturer and let them know the areas of where they can improve their products.
A NOTE ON FREE SHIPPING: Items returned that were sent under our free shipping promo will have our original shipping costs deducted from any refund issued.
Damaged Items:
If a product is received damaged or defective we reserve the right to replace the item or part as remedy. Shipping and product costs will be refunded if a replacement is not sent as resolution. You must report the defective/damaged product within 3 days from receipt of product for this policy to apply. After 3 days we will attempt to rectify the problem but cannot guarantee a refund.
